Tracked material handling

Move beams, plant and heavy materials

Compact tracked carriers create a controlled transport route where cranes, forklifts or telehandlers cannot reach.

Load geometry matters

Capacity is not just a weight figure

Long beams and awkward plant can create large overhangs and a high or offset centre of gravity. The platform, securing method, turning route and unloading plan must all suit the load. A rotating platform can help alignment, but only within the supplier’s approved configuration and operating limits.

Suitable conversations

  • Structural steel and lintels through narrow sites
  • Mechanical plant into basements or plant rooms
  • Stone, landscaping materials and prefabricated items
  • Equipment removal during refurbishment

Model starting point

CR15 serves lighter loads and weight-sensitive routes. CR30 offers up to three-tonne carrier capacity in a narrow format. CR30-H suits external routes where rough-ground stability is the larger constraint.
